Diane W., Office Manager:
I have been with Laser Dental Associates since 1979, first as a chairside dental assistant, then moving to the managerial position. After fighting a long, hard battle, my husband, Larrie, passed away in February 2009. I have a son, Vince, who is a sophomore at Sienna Heights University on a full baseball scholarship.

In my spare time, I enjoy attinding my son's baseball game, traveling and spending time with my family and friends.

Dental Hygienists: Vanessa and Lisa

Lisa L.
I have been a hygienist at Laser Dental since 2001. Being in dentistry for 29 years, I started out as a dental assistant, then advanced as a hygienist after I obtained my Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Detroit in 1996. I have a passion for what I do, but enjoy it even more since I started working here. You will be provided with quality and gentle care and your experience will be as comfortable as possible. Children really enjoy coming to see me, because I know how to make their visit fun.

I am married to Rick. He has an engineering degree from Wayne State, and is employed with Detroit Edison. I have two children. My daughter Angela graduated from Oakland University in 2009, and my son Dominic attends Macomb Community College and has started his own concrete business. I have two step children, Stephanie and Rachel who are both married.

When I am not busy with my career here, I enjoy traveling, golf, and playing video poker.

Vanessa R.
I am a dental hygienist at Laser Dental Associates. I have been working at Laser Dental since I graduated from O.C.C. in 1991. During high school and college I worked as a dental assistant for five years. My experience as an assistant led to my career choice as a hygienist.

I am married and have two children. My husband, Michael is a lead designer in the auto industry. My son, Christian is eleven and is in middle school. Christian plays electric guitar and is starting lacrosse. My daughter, Rachel, is seven and is in second grade. This is Rachel’s second year in gymnastics.

In my spare time I love to be with my family. We like to see movies, swim, ride bikes, and hang out with our friends.

As a hygienist I hope to educate each patient for improved dental health. I am compassionate and take pride in being very gentle and yet thorough. My goal is to make every patient feel comfortable and have a great experience at Laser Dental Associates.

Dental Assistants: Sunnie and Marie

Sunnie
I have been a dental assistant since 2004. I am currently attending Baker College and I am working toward a degree in Dental Hygiene.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Marie K.
Marie is currently attending Wayne State University and will recieve her Bachelor of Psychology in December 2008. She has been employed as a dental assistant in our office since 2001. Marie has an associate’s degree in health administration from Macomb Community College and she, herself, has been a patient at Laser Dental Associates for over 21 years! Marie enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.
