Dr. Frank Rosner
Dr. Rosner is a native of the Detroit area. He graduated from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry in 1978. Shortly after graduation, he founded his dental practice, Laser Dental Associates, in Warren, Michigan at the corner of Ryan Road south of 14 Mile Road. In 1983, Dr. Rosner became a clinical instructor at his alma mater for a year before deciding to devote 100 percent of his time and efforts to his flourishing dental practice.

In 1992, Dr. Rosner chose to further his education by attending Madonna University in Livonia, MI, where he received his M.S.B.A. in 1994. To build a state-of-the-art dental practice, Dr. Rosner moved his office in 1994 to a new, larger location in Sterling Heights, a northern suburb of Detroit. Dr. Rosner has undergone thousands of hours of advanced specialized training for CEREC Computerized CAD/CAM Ceramic Restorations, Laser Dentistry, as well as for Cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Rosner enjoys working out daily, computers and spending time managing the busy dental practice. He and his wife Esther have two children, Jeremy, a chiropractor practicing in Hartland, Michigan and Arielle who graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in elementary education and currently teaches fourth grade in Florida.

Dr. Noelle R. Gailey
Dr. Noelle Gailey joined the practice in 2002 and became a partner with Dr. Rosner in 2005. She grew up in Lake Orion and after attending Pontiac Catholic High School, she then continued her education by receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Michigan State University. She is a 1996 graduate of Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago and completed a General Practice Residency at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center. Dr. Gailey was formerly on faculty at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry where she was a lecturer and a clinical and preclinical instructor. Before joining our office, Dr. Gailey practiced in Dearborn.

Her special skills in endodontics (root canals), pediatric dentistry, and high-tech and cosmetic dentistry compliment our staff in providing our patients with high quality, prompt service.

She is a mother of two young sons, Eli and Alden. When she is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys biking, running, and competitive horse show jumping. She also enjoys knitting, cross-stitching and traveling.

Dr. Matthew Papsin
Dr. Matthew Papsin graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance in 2003 and earned his Dental Degree from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia in 2007. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry, including Endodontics, Crown and Bridge, and Orthodontics. He is Invisalign Certified and was a member of the Endodontic study club at Temple University School of Dentistry. Dr. Papsin is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association and Oakland County Dental Society.

Dr. Papsin grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania before moving to the Troy Area in 2007. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing golf and tennis in his spare time. He also enjoys going for walks with his wife Lisa, his daughter Bella, and his dog, Hunter.
