I was 32 at the time and I was having a hard time with my self-confidence and image. I always had these small teeth and lots of spaces between my teeth and I had considered braces a few years ago, but I was told that since my teeth were so small, I would end up looking very "toothy". A friend of mine told me about Laser Dental. He said that they have been treating their family for years and they were really good and very understanding.
I made an appointment for a consult and I was amazed. This dental office has the technology that some people only see on Star Wars! They seem to really care about the comfort and health of their patients. Anyways, at the consult, Dr Gailey presented me with a few options: orthodontics; crowns on my front teeth; or porcelain veneers on my teeth. After discussing it with her, I felt that the veneers were my best option. After learning about the procedure, I got myself scheduled immediately.
It took 3 appointments for my six veneers. My teeth were shaped, molds were taken and temporary plastic veneers were glued onto my teeth to cover them while I waited for the real veneers to be made…all in the first appointment! The second appointment the plastic was removed and the porcelain veneers were tried in. I asked Dr. Gailey to change the shape of a couple of them and to lighten the shade a bit. This required them going back to the lab and me waiting a few more weeks which I did. Dr. Gailey agreed with my suggestions and gladly recemented the plastic temporary shells to again protect my teeth.
On the third appointment, the six porcelain veneers were glued in place. Bot are they beautiful! I think they give me the smile I have always wanted (even for a guy). I seem to have a lot more confidence…I smile all the time. I even am engaged to be married! Wow! What a life-changing procedure it was for me. Thanks to Dr. Gailey and all the staff at Laser Dental. Jim B’s Amazing 2-Day Makeover with CEREC - *Click on picture to enlarge
Hello. My name is Jim and I have been a patient at Laser Dental for about 6 years. I had always been a bit self-conscience about my teeth. Over the years, I had a few caps done and it just seemed to me that my teeth were wearing and chipping so much. That’s not to say how mismatched they were color-wise.
Well 3 years ago I went through a divorce and I decided it was time for me to “clean up my act.” I was 43 at the time and I felt that my smile needed some help to give me a more youthful and fit look. I discussed the situation with Dr. Rosner and he informed me that, using a tool called Cerec, he could change the color of my teeth, give me a more uniform size and shape to them, stop the chipping and make me look a whole lot better.
Well I made the decision to go ahead with the treatment. I had a lot of old tooth-colored fillings that were starting to wear down that we also agreed to replace. When all was said and done, I had five of my front teeth done with Cerec porcelain veneers, my old front crown replaced with a Cerec crown and then I went and had six Cerec porcelain crowns done on my back teeth. Wow! That was a lot of work but I am so happy now. Though it took the better part of 2 days to complete, if I had the work done the regular old-fashioned way using the goop in my mouth and then sending it to a lab, it would have taken a lot longer and I would have been stuck wearing a lot of temporary crowns for weeks. It was amazing how Dr. Rosner was able to program that computer, design and grind the porcelain right at the chair. Amazing technology for sure!
Now I have the smile I had wanted and I smile all the time now. My new fiancée loves my very sexy smile too! (Jim B)

I turned forty last year, and have enjoyed playing softball since I was a kid. One drawback to the sport is the occasional hit from a ball. Several years ago I lost two teeth from such a mishap, and had worn a partial. I found the partial to be a bit embarrassing at my age, but my old dentist had discussed no other option with me.
Frustrated that I was stuck with this thing for the rest of my life, I started doing some online research, which wasn’t hard to come by. And when I did discover information on alternatives, I didn't understand it. As many of you who are now visiting this site already know, such matters are not easy to speak with family or friends about. After locating LaserDentalAssociates.com, I soon understood that I had a few options to remedy the spaces in my mouth.
I visited LaserDentalAssociates.com, set up a consultation appointment with Dr. Gailey and we discussed these options, including the fact that I wanted to avoid the more costly procedures, such as implants. After discussing it with the doctor at length, the best answer for me was placing two bridges.
It only took two appointments over two weeks, and I had a terrific smile again. Even during the time while I was waiting for the final bridges to come back from the dental lab, I was comfortable wearing the temporary bridges. Though they were temporary, they looked much better than my old, removable partial. I now have the smile I had always wanted and have the ability to smile without any embarrassment. I want to thank all the staff at Laser Dental, and Dr. Gailey in particular, who made this as easy, pain free, and quick as possible.
I have been a patient at Dr. Rosner’s practice since 1980. In that time, I have experienced Laser Dental’s professionalism, gentle and caring manner and technical ability. His staffs are as caring and professional as he is. It is obvious that his focus and direction at the top of the organization permeates throughout the practice.
Since I believe that proper dental care is essential to one’s health, longevity and general well being, I would never miss an opportunity for preventative care. I love visiting with my two favorite hygienists, Lisa and Vanessa. I actually enjoy going to their office because I realize that their care and detail allow me to live a longer and healthier life.
In the 30 years I have been coming to Dr. Rosner, I believe that I have spent a total of 40 minutes waiting in his waiting room. This fact tells me that the practice is highly organized; and that they care about my time as if it was their own.
I have recommended many of my friends and family to Laser Dental and all of them have commented positively about the service they have received. Sometimes you can be a bit tentative about recommending professionals because it can be a personal thing, but I never hesitate to recommend Dr. Rosner to any of my friends.
And they are worth the drive!!! Even though I live in Brighton, there is no place else that I would consider for my dental care. (Carol R.)
I feel like I have had every dental procedure known to man performed on my mouth, and that was before I even moved to the Detroit area (I exaggerate, but only a little)! In other words, I have some familiarity with dentistry. By the time I moved to Troy around 5 years ago, I had so had it with office visits that I picked the closest dentist and went with it - and that happened to be Laser Dental.
It's been a very pleasant time since, I mean, in as much as dental work can be pleasant. I've had the routine stuff such as cleanings and fillings done, and the biggie, CEREC crowns. With CEREC, all the stuff is done in one appointment. There is no goo in the mouth because they don’t use impression stuff: they “scan the tooth” digitally. These people are very accommodating in terms of appointments late in the afternoon and on Saturdays. They're always smiling here, and that comes through on the phone too. And the work is done right the first time, so no repeated visits for the same job. Dr. Ibrahim, is my main dentist, but the hygenists, and other dentists here that I've been treated by, all fit this description.
In fairness to the other dentists in my rich history, none have been horror shows, but Laser Dental definitely is the one I've gone to for the longest time, and that speaks for itself. (Don W.)
I really enjoyed my experience at Laser Dental Associates. After having gone to another dental clinic in Sterling Heights, I found Dr. Gailey set a treatment plan that satisfied both my dental and financial needs. With a new smile, I feel more confident with my family, friends and business & look forward to showing it off to those I meet. One thing that made me feel the most comfortable was the way they set my needs equal to their own-"I won't do anything to your mouth that I wouldn't do to my own." Sadly I will miss the time I spent in the office, as it became almost my home away from home. Definitely recommend it to anybody looking for quality dental care without the pricey gimmicks. (George J.)
Laser Dental is great. I travel 60 miles to see Dr. Gailey. The entire staff treats my children and me like we are part of their family. The office is comfortable and inviting. My children are at ease at every visit, and that means the world to me. Dr. Gailey has the ability to eliminate all pain and fear from dental procedures. She always has the most up-to-date equipment and techniques! (Georgia S.)
Thank you for saving my tooth on Saturday Dr. Papsin!!! It was very nice to meet you. I will see you on the 21st for my follow up visit.

The best dental office I have ever had! The entire staff is fabulous, friendly and all my questions were explained to me so that I fully understood everything. I always stay even later to talk to the wonderful people who work here if it's not too busy. The office is very high tech which makes me feel that the most current procedures are being performed. I have been coming here for many years and will continue to do so.

I became a patient of Dr. Rosner's approximately twenty five years ago. Our family relocated here from out of state. We received a mailing that he was accepting new patients. My husband had an awful experience with another dentist, so he made me go first and test the waters. We have been so happy with our dental care. I can't say enough good things about Laser Dental Associates.

I had the best appointment! I came in with a swollen jaw and the doctor reduced the swelling by opening the tooth and I can't wait to go back and have the root canal finished! The staff is super also.
